Library & Information Science Promotion Society (LISPS)

The affairs of the Society shall be managed by the Governing Council. The Governing Council shall consist of the following:

1. Board of Directors
2. Executive Committee
   1. President                (One)
   2. Vice-President         (One)
   3. General Secretary    (One)
   4. Joint-Secretary        (One)
   5. Treasurer               (One)
   6. Executive Members    (Five)
   7. Ex-Officio Member    (One)

The President of the Executive Committee shall be Member-Secretary of the Board of Directors. The constitution of 'Board of Directors' will be as follows: 

1. Chairperson        (One)
2. Member/Secretary    (One)    President of 'Executive Committee
3. Members            (no limit)
